To achieve this blowdry and polished finish is using a leave-in conditioner on clean hair. A paddle brush or denman brush, and a flat iron.

Flat wrap method was used to blow dry the hair smooth with natural volume finish. Which, basically is blow drying your hair side to side in back and forth motion. In constraint motion you can part the hair as desired! Once you are finished with the blow drying you can lightly polish the hair. I recommend not forcing too many passes with the iron pressing the hair. That will cause static! 

Lastly, Apply your favorite hairspray or pomade for missed flyaways!
